Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve surgical efficiency, productivity, and patient outcomes.
  • Motivating and leading the surgical team to achieve clinical KPIs and targets.
  • Providing support for the team in efficient use of surgery time, maximization of surgery lists, and accurate reporting.
