We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Unit Lead to join our team at Bupa Global. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to take on a leadership role in our clinical unit.
About the Role:
- As a Clinical Unit Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and overseeing the delivery of care to our residents.
- You will assess each resident's wellbeing and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met while maintaining accurate records.
- Building lasting relationships with residents and their families is essential to this role, as well as fostering a sense of community within the home.
- You will also create and develop strong relationships with local partners, liaising with them to raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
- Passionate about caring for others and helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
