About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our client's CMHT team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering NHS community mental health services.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
- Formulate and implement care plans.
- Provide treatment, as necessary.
