As a Forensic Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in the 24-hour operational management of the service, providing clinical and managerial leadership to nurses and ensuring effective governance and high-performance standards are in place.

You will lead the delivery of high-quality care to patients with a focus on Trauma-Informed Care and other evidence-based approaches. Your skills and experience will be crucial in developing the ward's vision and goals, working closely with other disciplines to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
