Clinical Animal Care Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Animal Care Professional to join our team at a busy veterinary hospital along the River Thames. This opportunity provides a chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care during consultations and procedures
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about their pets' health
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain high standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including estimated costs
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Clinical Handovers: Ensure smooth transitions of patient care when necessary
Key Requirements:
- RCVS Registration: Current RCVS registration as a Veterinary Surgeon
- Clinical Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional animal care
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Clinical Leadership: Demonstrated clinical leadership skills
- Clinical Culture: Experience in implementing a positive clinical culture
- Nurse Consults: Familiarity with nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- Collaboration: Strong coaching and influencing skills
