NHS Specialist Health Nurse

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NHS Specialist Health Nurse to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust.
**About the Role:**
- This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
- To provide specialist liver disease advice to patients, their families/carers, other healthcare professionals, and students.
- To undertake unsupervised Viral Hepatitis and other Hepatology nurse-led clinics within the Trust setting and in the community.
- To update appropriate data on the database as required by local agreements.
**Person Specification:
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Degree level or equivalent experience
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
**Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in health care related to cancer or palliative care or willingness to undertake
- Advanced communication skills – Level 6
- Counselling qualification
- Prescriber
**Benefits:
**We offer a competitive salary of £53,000 - £63,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
