Job Summary- This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to manage a defined caseload of complex and challenging clients who present as high risk.
- You will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing care packages for service users leaving conditions of low or medium security within the framework of the CPA in conjunction with other members of the MDT.
- Registered Adult Nurse and/or Registered Mental Health Nurse and/or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse qualification.
- Experience of research-based/reflective practice and evidence of continuing professional development.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The estimated salary for this role is £43,141 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
