Community Psychiatric Nursing in Forensic Settings

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our Forensic Community Service team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs, working collaboratively with others to achieve positive outcomes.
Main Duties- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and carers, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways, promoting evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
- Participate in reflective practice, utilizing supervision and peer review to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
