Mental Health Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have continuing responsibility to:
- Support patients with daily living skills and provide physical care as needed.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to maintain accurate records and implement care plans.
- Promote a healthy and safe environment by adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum.
