We are seeking an experienced Youth Mental Health Therapist to join our team of clinicians. This rewarding role will involve working with young people to assess their mental health needs, provide evidence-informed therapeutic interventions, and develop risk management plans as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other professionals, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. In return, we offer a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a defined contribution pension scheme, annual leave, and financial support for further education.

Job Responsibilities
  1. To undertake initial mental health assessments with young people focusing on both strengths and difficulties.
  2. To provide evidence-informed brief, therapeutic interventions to young people.
  3. To conduct risk assessments and implement risk management plans as appropriate.
  4. To participate in clinical supervision and line management for support and guidance.
