About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans that promote independence, health, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to identify areas for improvement.
