Jigsaw is a leading national centre for youth mental health, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. With a strong focus on intervening early and providing accessible support, we aim to create a better future for our young people.

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team of clinicians. This rewarding role will involve working with young people to assess their mental health needs, provide evidence-informed therapeutic interventions, and develop risk management plans as needed. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other professionals, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

We offer a competitive salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a defined contribution pension scheme, annual leave, and financial support for further education.

Responsibilities
  1. To assess the mental health needs of young people and develop tailored support plans.
  2. To provide evidence-informed brief, therapeutic interventions to young people.
  3. To conduct risk assessments and implement risk management plans as appropriate.
