About the Role:
At Helping Hands, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and support to adults in their own homes. As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility and reducing the risk of falls
- Supporting clients with medication and medical needs
- Engaging in light housekeeping and domestic duties
- Running errands and providing transportation
