Job Description
As a Home Care Support Worker with Kent Social Care Professionals Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
You will follow individual care plans, assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication.
You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
No social care experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are more interested in your compassion and ability to care for others.
You must be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
