Job Summary

About the Role

As a CPN, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in multidisciplinary assessments and care planning
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Providing treatment and interventions based on patient needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care coordination
Requirements
  • A registered nurse with experience in mental health or a related field
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of current mental health policies and procedures
