Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health and Community Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contracted Key Performance Indicators and leading community services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and community services, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Post-qualification experience in mental health and community services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a High-Cost Area Allowance of £4,230 per annum (London Weighting).
