Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our team of passionate professionals. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with our clinicians to provide evidence-informed brief therapeutic interventions to young people, focusing on their strengths and difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake initial mental health assessments with young people, exploring their challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver personalized therapeutic plans, incorporating evidence-based practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement management plans as necessary, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
- Prioritize regular clinical supervision and participate in peer support groups to maintain exceptional practice standards.
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Extensive experience working therapeutically with young people, preferably in a similar setting.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and ability to adapt your approach as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- A competitive salary range: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum.
