Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Dartford CAMHS Community Team. As a senior medical expert, you will provide high-quality care to children and young people with mental health needs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role
  • Work as part of a dynamic team providing care to children and young people across Dartford.
  • Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team.
  • Collaborate with young people, families, and external providers to deliver effective care.
Requirements
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice.
  • CCT or equivalent qualification.
  • Section 12 Approval or eligibility for it.
  • Approved Clinician status, or eligibility for it.
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £105,504 - £139,882 per annum (pro-rata).
  • Substantive contract with full-time hours (10 programmed activities).
  • On-call supplement of 3% basic salary, Category A.
