Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Integrated Adolescent Service in Kent County Council. The role involves working with hard-to-reach young people, empowering them and their families to develop effective long-term solutions to manage family relationships and overcome risks associated with adolescence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assessment, children in need, child protection, contextual harm, Court work, and rehabilitation home. They must be registered with Social Work England and have a degree in social work (CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).

This is a unique opportunity for professional development, with a varied caseload, coaching and mentoring of less experienced staff, and the chance to act as a Practice Assessor for ASYE and student social workers.
