Adolescent Social Work Professional

We are currently recruiting for an Adolescent Social Work Professional to join our Integrated Adolescent Service in Gravesham and Dartford Districts. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, intervening, and supporting young people at risk of contextual harm, as well as developing effective strategies to empower them and their families.
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in social work, Social Work England registration, and proven experience working with children and families. An understanding of Children's social work legislation and a willingness to learn and develop as a practitioner are also essential.
With a unique blend of assessment, child protection, Court work, and rehabilitation home experiences, this role offers a wide spectrum of skills and opportunities for professional growth.
