Practitioner Development Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Livingstone Hospital, Dartford. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
As an Associate Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct use of confidential information and sensitive information, as well as undertaking blood tests as requested from registered clinicians/GPs/Consultants.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has previous experience working as a band 3 rehabilitation/therapy assistant in an NHS community rehabilitation setting. A Full UK driving license with access to a car is required for this role due to the travel involved.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Conduct assessments and reviews to identify patient needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress.
