Job Title: Associate Practitioner

Transforming health and care services, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced rehabilitation/therapy assistant to join our team at Livingstone Hospital, Dartford.

This role offers a strong passion for leading group exercise sessions and developing knowledge and skill set through an Associate Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Please note that due to the travel included in this role, a Full UK driving license with access to a car is required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with organisational policy.
  • Perform blood tests as requested by registered clinicians/GPs/Consultants.
The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an individual with previous experience working as a band 3 rehabilitation/therapy assistant in an NHS community rehabilitation setting.

You will possess the skills to undertake nursing tasks, prioritise visits according to patient needs, and work effectively as part of a team while managing your own workload without direct supervision.
