Job Overview

CMT Group is looking for a Reconciliation and Reporting Coordinator to join our finance team.

This role involves coordinating the preparation of financial reports, reconciliations, and other financial tasks.

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
  • Coordinate the processing of supplier invoices and payments
  • Manage deposits and balance payments with import suppliers
  • Allocate payments to supplier accounts
  • Assist with resolving queries on supplier accounts
  • Support with tasks to hit month and year-end deadlines
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
