About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of small to medium size projects in construction, building services or similar industrial environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, with a strong understanding of LEV/HVAC solutions, equipment and technology or similar domain. A Mechanical or Electrical (preferred) Technician qualification to Level 3 or above is desirable.

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that project performance is delivered, monitoring achievement of QCDP KPIs, and identifying and mitigating site risks. You should be able to read, interpret and manage risk assessments.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of site-based customer projects.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring achievement of QCDP KPIs.
  • Support sales process and site surveys as required.
  • Ensure that site risks are identified and mitigated, and that regulatory and customer requirements are adhered to.
