Key Responsibilities
  • Manage planned works in social housing in Dartford, including overseeing commercial management, budgeting, and cost reporting.
  • Lead and develop a team of junior members, providing guidance and support where needed.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legislation and contractual terms.
  • Deliver financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, with RICS membership preferred.
  • Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in property services or social housing.
  • Strong understanding of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent contract negotiation and management skills, with a strong understanding of contractual law.
