Senior Construction Project Director

We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at The Clancy Group.
About the Role:
As a key member of our UKPN contract, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various projects aimed at enhancing and maintaining the electricity distribution network. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that we continue to provide reliable power to millions of people.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing P&Ls, as well as being a capable user of MS Office, especially Excel. A good level of NEC contract knowledge and substation experience are also essential.
About You:
We are looking for someone with substantial project management experience in utilities and strong leadership and team management skills. You will be able to demonstrate visual leadership and promote alliancing behaviour to maintain close and proactive working relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all designated project work to ensure successful completion in accordance with safety, technical and legislative policies and procedures, as well as delivering in accordance with programme, cost and quality.
- Undertake site visits and attend kick off meetings for all and any additional new works as well as help to secure.
- Production of project execution plan associated with the proposed delivery strategy.
- Demonstrate visual leadership and promote alliancing behaviour to maintain close and proactive working relationships with the client.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £62,000 per annum
