Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the social housing sector? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Engagement Coordinator to join our client's team in SE London and Kent. Based in Dartford, you will be responsible for coordinating activities and ensuring the successful delivery of planned social housing refurbishment projects. As a vital link between the site team, residents, and clients, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints and issues with professionalism, and maintain accurate records.

About the Role
This is a 6-9 months contract with the possibility of extension. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating community events, managing resident expectations, and conducting regular validation and customer satisfaction surveys. You will also be expected to facilitate communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) or similar role. Customer service experience is key, and exceptional communication skills are essential. IT proficiency and adaptability to on-site operations are also required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are necessary for success in this role. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also mandatory.

Salary Information
This role comes with a competitive salary of £18.59 per hour umbrella pay scheme.
