We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Director to join our team at PropRec in Dartford.

This is a full-time permanent position paying £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure the development meets compliance, safety and cleanliness standards
  • Investigating incidents and reporting back to management, responding to urgent situations as needed
  • Supervising external contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and within budget
  • Maintaining health and safety standards through risk assessments and testing
  • Addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating meetings with stakeholders, including residents, RMC/RTM, clients and contractors
  • Overseeing the property budget, ensuring costs are controlled and presented in clear financial reports
  • Leading and developing the on-site team, providing regular feedback and support to ensure they meet their targets

We are seeking someone with:

  • A deep understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Proven experience in budget management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable leadership and management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
