Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our Maintenance division, which provides expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health, and social care sectors.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will be fully trained to use our scheduling software to take ownership of Maintenance Operatives' and subcontractors' diaries, ensuring the completion of maintenance and repair works. You will:

  • Book in planned and reactive jobs for the appropriate individuals and allocate the right amount of time
  • Move jobs around as emergencies arise or extra time is needed
  • Liaise with our call centre team and clients/residents to ensure access requirements and security are met
  • Escalate outstanding jobs and follow tasks through to completion, closing them down on the system once completed

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy – able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Maps
  • Passion for great customer service and excellent telephone manner
