Job Description

As a Lead Hotel Revenue Strategist with Aimbridge EMEA, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth across our portfolio of over 1,600 hotels and resorts worldwide. Working closely with the revenue strategy team and wider central teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue strategies for each hotel within your area.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue plans to drive sales and revenue growth across multiple sites
  • Conduct pricing and inventory calls to ensure optimal room rates and occupancy levels
  • Collaborate with hotel managers and staff to implement revenue-enhancing initiatives and best practices
  • Provide regular feedback on performance and trends to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with experience managing and leading revenue strategies across multiple sites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and preferably one other language (French, German, or Spanish)
  • Prior experience working with major hotel brands contributing to new openings and/or rebranding/refurbishment projects
