About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our Front Office team as a Guest Relations Manager. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office team to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders to exceed expectations
- Implement effective problem-solving strategies to resolve guest complaints and issues
- Contribute to the hotel's revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and Hilton's policies and procedures
