In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies for each hotel within your area, leveraging your expertise in techniques, systems, and processes.

You will also conduct regular site visits to analyze pricing and inventory, provide feedback on performance, and maintain a high level of industry knowledge.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, managing and leading revenue strategies across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of one or more major hotel brands, with a track record of contributing to new openings and/or rebranding/refurbishment projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and preferably one other language such as French, German, or Spanish

This is a field-based role based in the UK, with occasional travel across Europe as required.
