Community Care Coordinator

Job Summary
The Aberdeenshire Council seeks a skilled and compassionate Community Care Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the support services, you will work closely with families and carers to provide direct assistance and support in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective support services to families and carers, prioritizing their best interests.
- Work within the legislative framework and Aberdeenshire Council's procedures and guidance to ensure compliance.
- Demonstrate commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the community care sector and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Working Arrangements:
- 21.75 hours worked over Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Fixed-term position with a minimum duration.
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
