About the Role:
McCarthy Stone is seeking a professional Bank Duty Manager to exemplify high-quality customer standards. This opportunity supports the management and smooth running of a thriving community, enabling active and independent older people to live their best lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security, ensuring safety and wellbeing, and overseeing care and support teams. They will also coordinate activities to strengthen community spirit within the development.
To excel in this role, you will possess excellent care skills, experience in a care or support environment, and relevant qualifications such as QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3.
Salary: £14.02 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay. Estimated annual salary is approximately £24,000 - £26,000 based on a standard full-time schedule.
