Support Worker for Young Adult

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide personal care and support to our daughter, including assisting with daily living tasks, food preparation, and domestic duties. They will also accompany her to community activities, promoting her independence and confidence. A valid full driving license and access to a car are mandatory for this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in providing personal care and support to individuals with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability when working with our daughter.
