About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Work with multiple systems and adhere to regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and efficient customer interactions.
  • Ensure each customer has a great experience, whether it's the first call of the day or the last.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques and introduce our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.
  • Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or contact centre experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong PC skills and the aptitude to adapt to new systems.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
  • The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner.
  • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals.
