The Strategic Sales Representative plays a crucial role within the global Digital Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, collaborating with Account Executives (AE) to generate new sales revenue. This position encompasses three primary responsibilities: 1) Expand business within existing, under-served, and potential Enterprise accounts; 2) Identify new opportunities through proactive prospecting; 3) Assist in the sales process by preparing quotes and proposals, developing strategic account plans, conducting business reviews, and working alongside a comprehensive account team, including the Account Executive, Solutions Consultant, Solution Sales, Renewal Sales, and Customer Success.

The role of the Strategic Sales Representative involves both sales and support functions aimed at driving new business and nurturing the next generation of sales talent at ServiceNow through a structured development and advancement pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insights from seasoned Sales professionals by being part of a team that supports and drives large Enterprise accounts through every phase of the sales process and customer journey.
  • Establish formal networks with key decision-makers and continuously enhance your understanding of all facets of the sales process.
  • Engage with under-served Enterprise accounts and/or cross-sell specialized solutions.
  • Provide timely sales support to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives to ensure customer health and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by comprehending their business needs and recommending how ServiceNow can facilitate their digital transformation journey.
  • Identify appropriate specialists/support resources to involve in deals at the optimal time.
  • Manage the sales process, ensure opportunity closure, and maintain ongoing account management to guarantee customer satisfaction and stimulate additional revenue streams.
  • Invest in personal growth by continuously enhancing your skills through formal training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
