Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Basingstoke/Newbury area. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Security sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced Business Development Manager looking to take their career to the next level.
You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and revenue. Your main responsibility will be to build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, leverage your network to identify leads and close high-value deals. You will also lead and mentor a small team of Business Development Managers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of the B2B sales market and experience working in the Security industry or similar. A full UK driving license is essential for this position. If you're passionate about sales and have a desire to make a real impact on a company's growth, we would love to hear from you.
This is a permanent position with a salary range of £46,000 - £54,000 + benefits package. Our client offers a competitive remuneration package including pension scheme, career progression, training and bonus scheme.
