Austin Fraser is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Newbury. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing business growth strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and meet client needs.
- Gathering market intelligence and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you're motivated, driven, and passionate about business development, we'd love to hear from you.
Salary range: £24,750 to £26,750, with additional earnings potential through commission and incentives. Benefits include 25 days' holiday and a flexible working schedule.
