Job Title: Revenue Development Lead

The Revenue Development Lead is a crucial role at Thermo Fisher Scientific, focused on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel development.

About the Position:

This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the selling process fundamentals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives in collaboration with CMD leadership, local commercial teams, and channel marketing functions.
  • Recommend products, pricing, promotions, and sales tactics to drive sales via Tier I, II, and OEM channels.
  • Evaluate and report performance of promotional programs using relevant metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or scientific field.
  • 5+ years relationship or account management experience, preferably with channels and/or distributors.
  • Fluent in English and German.
Estimated Annual Salary:

$110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and location.
