Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Account Growth and Development Executive to drive sales growth across our Holiday shop, Group, and Coach channels. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, manage relationships with central revenue managers, and support onsite Sales Managers and Group teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key channels.
- Manage relationships with coach operators to identify new growth opportunities and enhance channel performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure campaigns effectively achieve guest acquisition goals.
- Work closely with the Revenue Director to optimise fill curves and yield strategies.
- Act as primary contact for hotel sales manager queries, feedback, and ideas.
- Proven experience in sales management within the hotel industry, with a focus on group sales and partnerships.
- Excellent experience in revenue management, including yielding, distribution, and optimisation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using insights to drive sales performance.
- £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
