Debt Solutions Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Debt Solutions Advisor to join our client's growing team in Sale. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing professional consultative sales experience and outstanding customer service skills to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fact-finding on debt levels, investigate incomes, and establish affordability
  • Engage with warm leads, understand client circumstances, and present debt solutions based on suitability
  • Provide support throughout the customer journey until the IVA is submitted

Requirements:

  • Essential IVA sales experience
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills
  • Computer literacy with good keyboard skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with varying shifts including evenings and weekends. Parking is available on site.
