The Role:
Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes, and establishing affordability
Speaking with live warm leads, understanding the client’s individual circumstances and expenditures Consultatively presenting debt solutions based on the customer's suitability
Providing support along the customer journey until the IVA is submitted
Experience Required
IVA sales experience essential
Strong negotiating and closing skills
Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and planning skills
Computer literate with good keyboard skills
Self-motivated, ambitious and money-driven
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
