About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Domestic Abuse Specialist to join our Housing Specialisms team at L&Q. This role will involve working closely with our housing management teams and specialist advisors to ensure confidence and best practice in working with residents who have experienced domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with our front-line housing teams to ensure residents receive a coordinated community response.
- Navigate domestic abuse services to ensure residents can access support.
- Collaborate with services to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
- Have excellent knowledge of domestic abuse, legislation, and best practice.
- Manage complex cases, making assessments, formulating solutions, and managing risks.
