Job Title: Credit Controller
Stericycle is a leading provider of compliance-based solutions that protect people and brands, promote health and well-being, and safeguard the environment. As a Credit Controller, you will join the Company's Shared Service Centre, delivering great customer service to business customers while collecting on overdue invoice payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect assigned debtors, ensuring maximum cash is collected, bad debts are kept to a minimum, and debtor day targets are met.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of customer service with assigned clients.
- Work as part of a team with individual accountability in defined areas, dealing with sales operational financial and organizational responsibilities in a highly customer-focused way.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of sales ledger and substantial credit control experience (min 2 years).
- Good communicator with strong attention to detail and accuracy and solid reasoning skills.
- Good team player, with the capability to work to call and collection targets.
- Good office system skills including Excel, Word, and Email.
