Build a Thriving Sales Team in EMEA

Klaviyo is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in EMEA
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategy and optimize results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and team performance
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA market and sales landscape
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Fluent English, with additional languages a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
