**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing our client base, developing a strategy for long-term sustained success, and supporting the success of your peers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide guidance and support to new team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
  • Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment
  • Fluent English (written and verbal). Additional business-fluent French or German a bonus+
  • Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
  • Aren't afraid to hear no and embrace failure as an opportunity to improve
  • Strong growth mindset and continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
  • Are adept at influencing and relationship building
  • Are encouraging of your team, thoughtful, engaging, and energetic
