Sales Director, EMEA Region

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing our client base, developing a strategy for long-term sustained success, and supporting the success of your peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Provide guidance and support to new team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of the Ecommerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
- Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment
- Fluent English (written and verbal). Additional business-fluent French or German a bonus+
- Excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
- Aren't afraid to hear no and embrace failure as an opportunity to improve
- Strong growth mindset and continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it
- Are adept at influencing and relationship building
- Are encouraging of your team, thoughtful, engaging, and energetic
