About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Lead. As a senior clinician, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to our multidisciplinary team (MDT) within Beechwood College, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to individuals with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the MDT, ensuring appropriate clinical governance of all clinical activities within the college.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based programs for the delivery of interventions by the MDT, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and positive behavioural support.
  • Work closely with education staff to ensure clinical input is integrated with educational delivery and supports identified learning outcomes for young people.
  • Provide specialized psychological assessment and therapy to individuals with ASC, reflecting relevant knowledge and understanding of Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
