Job Summary:

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to fill the role of Clinical Lead for our specialist residential college for autism. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team that provides behavior support and psychological therapy to both residential and day students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Clinical Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver behavior support and psychological therapy to students
  • Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care and support for students
  • Contribute to the development of the college's therapeutic programs and services

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
