Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Autism Lead

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead a specialist residential college for individuals with autism. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team that delivers behavior support and psychological therapy to both residential and day students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Clinical Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) in providing behavior support and psychological therapy to students
  • Manage and develop the team to ensure high-quality services are delivered
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students
  • Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
